I'd say you're ready to move into 3d, we've got a good idea about what you're trying to do. One thing that is missing is the cyber-punk feel with neon, fog, and that certain scumy feel.
Also just remember that to manage your scope, you should be open to swapping your foreground and background (moving the camera from opposite ends). You have three different mini-sets here (chair, desk, window) so you're aiming high. You may want to focus on one area at a time so that you can cut to meet you're scope. Looks like you can probably pull this off though. Let's get to it.
