Progress

The level is getting there, not going to show it yet.  But here's one prop in it, it'll be the color scheme i go with.  I may lighten up the metal paint color, but that'll depend on how it looks all together.

At this rate, the level should be done by the beginning of next week.

Some asset progress

This week was a little slow starting out.  I am making about 5-7 wall segments, they are all pretty much modeled and normal'd out.

Night - 3

After a long fun filled family memorial day, I did manage to find a moment at a restaurant and doodle some top downs of the modular hangar bay segment.  I didn't want to scan all of them so I just scanned the image of the page I used to reference the most.  I'll post that last.

Meantime, here's some screens of the layout I'm going with.







There is an elevator in there.  It's going to be less sci fi, more post modern.  But the ship will eventually be the most sci fi asset in the picture.  Of course there will be more assets like, crates, bombs, ammo, engine parts, a scissor lift, a step ladder, s small vehicle for transporting stuff, hoses, chains, doors, and so on.  
 I'll be working on all the assets this week, keeping the ship for last.  we'll see how much gets done this week, i'll jot them down from the most to least important and work from there.
