After talking with some friends about the 2 comps I have. A good suggestion was framing the first one smaller. Even though I do want to have outside be a emissive panting with geo as well, i was told it was to evenly spaced. And i agree, so I narrowed it a little bit. There will be holographic screens and controls on the table with a bunch of small assets as i mentioned earlier. So forget comp1, replace it with this one.
I also swapped the axis, let me know what you think about the switch, or if it even makes a difference.

New comps
The table will have a computer with holographic screens and the windows will have condensation on them because its raining outside, so it'll be very suggestive from whats outside. The table will have a bunch of things on them, like a whiskey bottle, cigarettes, paperwork, books, magazines, a gun, more holographic stuff. There will be a vertical sign just outside the window, to give a highlight to the entire setting.
The bookcase behind comp 2 have another computer console in it, boxes and crates will be next to the table and in front it. Comp 1 has lockers behind it with boxes and crates in the background. The table beside the chair will be a roll-able tool chest. like the ones you see in a tire shop or car garage.
The setting is an apartment that was purchased, but not used for residence. It was made to be a safe house/illegal android upgrades, hardware/software implementation hideout. No one stays the night unless they're working. The bed was removed and the kitchen space has liquids and solutions needed for any procedures. the apartment was turned into a lab.
I'm stuck between these two, any and all input is appreciated.

Comp sheets 1 and 2 are by far the worst. I was trying a method for the first time, never again for me.
Comp sheet 3 was better. And i think i found my shot
I really feel this is the one (Below). I'm going to draw some assets that will drag and drop into the scene so I don't waste time rendering anything.
