Had a little time before bed...



Couldn't really do much, but I've been wanting to.  So I did some test render with a skin shader.  Nothing crazy, but i did make some proportion fixes that didn't require sculpting.

Block out Finished



The silhouette and gesture I feel is on point.  There's some small proportion issues going on, I'll fix them and take this further later, hopefully I can get some work in on Saturday.

Been busy lately

I've been having some problems I don't mind having, when it comes to doing more artwork at home.

I've decided to do something different and to expand my skill set.  Only took one character modeling class and I'm bummed of being deprived of more.
So... I'm gonna model a character, my character is the concept of Cammy, the background on this blog.

I just wanted to have a nice 3D character for once, so hopefully it comes out good enough to replace the 2D one on this blog.  I'll start tomorrow.

Well, I'm back from the holidays.

Didn't do much today, just made tweaks and added some geometry to both scenes.  I'll be able to get more done Thursday and Saturday.

Tweaks

Made some tweaks to lighting and color, didn't have much time today to work.

Almost there, just a few more iterations

once I get the lighting and material for the tarp right.  I'll finish up the props.




I also need to tweak the rendercam, things look much more bloomy for some reason.
